After a brief hiatus in 2020, the Wiser Water program has returned and expanded for 2021.

The premise of the Wiser Water program is to engage with senior citizens around our service area and educate them about the importance of clean water for our health. 

“Water is one of the most important aspects of our health as well as a vital part of our everyday lives. Birmingham Water Works believes everyone should know about the significance of water and understand how their service works,” said Rick Jackson, PR Manager and Spokesperson.

The 2021 edition of Wiser Water kicked off on Nov. 4 at One Pratt Park with the Pratt City Senior Exercise Class. Additional visits will be scheduled throughout the service area through December and going forward into 2022.
