BWW Putting Employees First


You spoke, we listened!

In our ongoing efforts to strengthen communication and collaboration between BWW leadership and our valued employees, we hosted three town hall meetings on Wednesday, January 31st. These gatherings were a proactive step towards fostering an open environment where employees feel heard, and their input directly influences the shaping of policies and procedures going forward. During these town halls, employees actively participated by asking questions, sharing comments, and engaging in fruitful discussions. The high level of involvement demonstrated by our team contributed to a more positive workplace atmosphere.

The initiative stems from our internal employee assessment conducted last year, which highlighted the need for increased communication channels within our organization. Recognizing that our employees are the backbone of BWW, we see immense value in maintaining an open dialogue to continually foster a culture of growth, respect, and mutual support.
